13.3.2012 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh High Court today issued a notice to state Congress chief Kantilal Bhuria on a petition challenging the bandh call by the party in the wake of Indian Police Service Officer Narendra Kumar's murder in Morena on March 8.

Hearing a petition filed by the Nagrik Upbhokta Manch's PG Najapande, a division bench of acting Chief Justice Sushil Harkoli and Justice Vimla Jain issued a notice to Mr Bhuria and sought reply within four weeks.

The petitioner alleged that the bandh caused inconvenience to people. UNI
